Designed a data-driven pricing strategy for a bike-taxi mobility platform, focusing on balancing user affordability with captain earnings. Analyzed demand–supply patterns, peak vs non-peak usage, zone-based pricing, and distance–time fare components to improve ride acceptance rates and reduce cancellations. Proposed dynamic pricing levers, incentive alignment for captains, and retention-focused discount mechanisms to optimize conversion, repeat rides, and unit economics while staying competitive against market players.

Worked on a product strategy and UX improvement assignment for Habit Eazy, a habit-tracking and daily planning app aimed at students and busy professionals. Conducted end-to-end product analysis including user research, persona creation, journey mapping, problem framing, and solution design. Identified key drop-off points (10–15 day motivation dip), evaluated onboarding and premium conversion flows, and proposed data-backed improvements to increase retention, engagement, and habit consistency. Delivered structured product insights, wireframes, feature recommendations, and success metrics focused on long-term user behavior and business impact.
